DOES HEREBY CERTIFY that a certain Security Agreement, dated November 18, 1992 made and executed by 487-89 Amsterdam Avenue Housing Development Fund Corporation to secure the payment of the debt and terms provided in the note and duly recorded in the Office of the Register of the City of New York, County of New York on December 2, 1992, in Reel 1923, Page 2357;
